In collabortation with the Wheeler-Dowe Boys and Girls' club, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc Alpha Sigma Chapter will be hosting a Classic Swim 1922- swim clinic. In response to the alarming number of black children who drown each year, the partnership between Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority and USA Swimming seeks to increase swim participation, improve water safety, improve water education and decrease drowning rates in the community.This event is open to the public to ages 8 and up. The registration max is 100 individuals for pool participation You must register to participate in the water at this event.
Additionally, in support of our National Program collaboration with USA Track N Field named "Run Jump Throw", we will also have activities to support exercise through play activities. Come out and have a blast!
